PhD Retreat

The Annual PhD Symposium of the Biozentrum aims to foster the graduate culture in our institute, to promote scientific and personal exchange between the students and to provide an opportunity to see science from a wide-angle perspective. We are excited to announce our fifth PhD Symposium. This year it will take place in

Interlaken, Switzerland, on the 27th and 28th of June.

Each attending student will present his or her project in the form of a poster or a short talk. Furthermore, we will have two keynote lectures.

As this is a unique opportunity to combine socializing and science, there will also be a PhD Party on Thursday night and additional social activities. 

In order to register you need to provide an abstract (150-200 words) and a profile picture. Registration is open until March 29th. 

The number of participants is limited to 70 people.
