We offer two FlowJo licenses that can be booked over our booking homepage. One license is installed fix on the computer in the FACS room, the other can be used on your own device. Additionally the users have the possibility to buy a FlowJo on-site license for their own use on a dedicated device. Other common software to analyze flow cytometry data include FCSExpress, Cytobank, and the freely available Flowing Software.
