Speaker: Prof. Dr. Jonas Ries    

Jonas Ries studied Physics, did his PhD with Petra Schwille in Dresden, was a postdoc at the ETH in Zurich with Vahid Sandoghdar, a group leader at the EMBL in Heidelberg, and since 2024 he is professor for advanced microscopy and cellular dynamics at the University of Vienna.
