Configuration
BioTWIN lens configuration for increased contrast. 120kV TEM microscope (operated at 80kV) with a LaB6 filament and an EMSIS Veleta camera (top, side-mounted). The Camera operates using RADIUS software from EMSIS.

Application
General purpose transmission electron microscope. Ideal for screening grids of negatively stained samples or thin sections at room temperature (microscope is not cryo-capable but is operated with a cryo-shield).
