Whether for a lecture or a congress, the Events & AV team ensures that each event runs smoothly and advises staff and event organisers on planning and audiovisual support in the lecture halls.

For every kind of event, not only beamers, laptops, microphones and other accessories such as a flip chart, whiteboard, laser pointer or visualiser are available; at hand is also a lecture hall technician, responsible for the event, to assist lecturers, employees or external event organizers. The Events & AV team, which manages and maintains the lecture rooms at the Biozentrum, places great importance on providing a high standard of service.
