Our team ensures that lectures run smoothly in the shared teaching spaces at the Biozentrum and Pharmazentrum. We also help you plan and run your event – from room booking to technical support.

Our services include:

Event planning and coordination

• Coordination of room bookings and event enquiries
• Planning room use for events
• Publication of events on the Biozentrum website and information screens

Technical support and infrastructure

• Lecture hall support Monday to Friday, 7.30 am–7.00 pm
• Technical support for events, including AV equipment setup
• Setup of tables, chairs and poster boards for exhibitors and catering
• Maintenance and servicing of lecture hall equipment
• Advice on technical equipment for teaching and events
