The Following User Fees are Charged by the PCF
Fees are per sample and include all steps from sample preparation to data analysis:
| In-house samples (Biozentrum) | 30 CHF |
| Samples from the Department of Biomedicine | 50 CHF |
| Samples from other University of Basel Institutions | 60 CHF |
| External samples | upon request |
Additional fees apply for:
| Phosphoproteomics analysis | + 30 CHF |
| Isobaric quantification (TMT) | + 30 CHF |
| Targeted LC-MS analysis (SID-SRM/PRM) | + 60 CHF per generated SID-SRM/PRM assay |
The fees only cover the costs for the consumables required. Costs for personnel and infrastructure are not included.
