We provide solutions for data management and collaboration that make researcher's lives easier.

Many of the services provided by Research IT revolve around the practical management of research data throughout their life cycle. For instance, we support the integration of instruments (microscopes, mass spectrometers, other measurement devices) into multi-tier environments, where experimental data is annotated and stored in a way that facilitates subsequent analysis. We further support analysis with tools like VAMP, a flexible infrastructure for desktop-based image analysis. In addition, we offer tools to foster communication and collaboration for the Biozentrum research community as well as administrative services.
